The Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year Award and the Libraries and Family Award will be given to one U.S.-based teacher and three library literacy programs that have strong practices in family learning and parent engagement. The awards will include grants of $20,000 and $10,000 and scholarships to the National Conference on Family Literacy in 2012 and 2013.
