The World Would Be A Better Place If... Getting ready for Reflections 2014-2015:
It was the idea of a first grader from Meeker Elementary in Puyallup and was chosen from among hundreds of entries submitted from all over the country.

The world would be a better place if..., the 2014-15 Reflections program theme, was submitted through the Reflections Theme Search Contest by Mercedes Messer of Puyallup, Washington. When asked what inspired her theme, Mercedes said, "Our world, because I care about it and wanted to know other kids' ideas on how we could make it a better place."

Each fall, thousands of students submit concepts for a future Reflections theme to their State PTA organizations. Your State PTA will select five themes to submit to the National PTA for consideration in the 2016-17 National PTA Reflections theme contest. Contact your State PTA for an entry form and guidelines.

Registration for your PTA in the Reflections program begins in July. Artwork can begin any time! Check the Washington State PTA website and the National PTA website for further details.
